The Tiny Hiny Barn assumes no liability for animal behavior or temperament. Participation is voluntary, at the guest’s own risk, and interactions are permitted only with owner supervision and approval.

IMORTANT INFORMATION
The Tiny Hiny Barn is a DIY venue. The booking party is responsible for all setup, breakdown, and cleanup related to their event. This includes decorating, removing décor, returning furniture to its original placement, and leaving the space as it was found.
All trash must be bagged by the event host and placed in the provided trash bins before departure.
A $100 refundable security deposit is required and will be returned following the event, provided the venue is left clean, free of damage, and all responsibilities are fulfilled. The deposit may be used to cover additional cleaning, trash removal, or damage to chairs, furniture, décor, or property
The booking party assumes full responsibility for any damage caused by guests, including broken items, chairs, furniture, décor, or property. Repair or replacement costs exceeding the deposit will be invoiced accordingly.
Farm safety: Animals may not be fed or handled unless owner is present.
The Tiny Hiny Barn offers a small bar area for event use; however, we do not provide, sell, serve, or host alcohol. Any alcohol brought onto the property is the sole responsibility of the booking party.
All required alcohol permits, licenses, and compliance with local and state laws must be obtained by the event host prior to the event. The Tiny Hiny Barn assumes no liability related to alcohol consumption, service, or enforcement.
